Shipping Information

* Orders received Monday-Friday before noon PST (Pacific Standard Time) will normally be shipped the same day. Otherwise, they will be sent out the following day. Orders placed after noon PST on Friday will be shipped Monday.

When ordering through this site, you have the following options:

U.S. Shipments sent via FedEx as follows:

  1. FedEx Express Saver (2-3 days) - $17.95 base rate, plus $5.00 per item after the first item.
  2. FedEx 2-day (2 days guaranteed) - add $5.00 more per item.
  3. FedEx Overnight (1 day guaranteed) – add $10.00 more per item.
  4. FedEx Ground (Available only if shipping 10 items or more). Please call so that we can arrange ground shipments to you.

Shipments outside of the U.S.

  • The computer will process special charges, and estimate accordingly. Shipping costs may be vary, so we may call you to confirm.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Please call Mountain Uniforms directly at 775-831-7670 to explain your situation and receive an authorization for return. 

Exchanges  - Please return within 10 days of receipt, unused.  Please mark on the outside – “Returns” and include a note with your name, affiliation and location (if applicable), phone number and address. Also explain if you would like an exchange or refund. Note that we will review the item to determine it’s condition before issuing a refund or exchange.

Warranties – If within 1 winter season, items are found to have faulty hardware or stitching etc.,  we will replace or repair the item. Note that we will need all details surrounding any situation to authorize a warranty.  Items are not guaranteed against wear and tear.  However, our gear is made and meant to withstand the abuse of day-in, day-out heavy use.  Therefore, we have had very few returns or repairs to date. 

*Restocking Fee  - Items returned without tags or that are not in new condition are subject to a $15 restocking fee.
